Help with the Windows beta
Public support contact pending
A monitored support contact and response details will be published before paid launch. Invited testers should use the contact supplied with their invitation. No public response-time commitment is announced yet.
Include enough detail to reproduce the issue
- Auton version and build, Windows version, and the AI provider involved.
- The action you took, what you expected, and the actual result.
- Whether the issue persists after restart, and whether your work and task history recovered.
- Relevant error text with tokens, device codes, payment details and private repository content removed.
Account and beta access checks
If verification is unavailable, try again when connected. A failed check does not itself mean your plan was canceled. If Auton requests sign-in again, use its browser flow and approve only the code shown by your own app.
Beta enrollment is open. Sign in to check your eligibility and current access. Refresh your account status to check current access; payments are disabled, so a purchase cannot resolve an access problem.
Sign-in worked, but access verification failed
An incorrect Windows clock can prevent Preview 0.1.2 from verifying access after browser sign-in. Check the date, time and time zone before trying again.
- Open Windows Settings → Time & language → Date & time.
- Turn on Set time automatically and confirm that the selected time zone matches your location.
- Choose Sync now under Additional settings, then return to Auton and refresh account status. If asked, repeat sign-in with the new code shown by your app.
If verification still fails, keep the error text and version for your report. A clock check does not change your plan or account eligibility.
